The capital of the Regola is located between the villages of Chiarano and Vigne immersed in the olive grove of Arco. It was built by unknown people in 1722. In the lower part of the capital there is a lily engraved in the stone, an elongated shape ending in a cusp. The stones that compose it stretch out to form a spire and above the roof almost in the shape of a hat.
It is said that the inhabitants of Vigne and Chiarano gathered at this capital to ‘settle’ their disputes regarding the boundaries of land and civic uses, hence the name Capitello della Regola.
