The Restaurant Pizzeria Leon D’Oro was founded in 1922 and has been owned by the Salvaneschi family since 1939. Arranged on four rooms with barrel vaults, it was completely renovated in 2001, keeping intact the original furniture in ancient wood of Austro-Hungarian style. We offer two distinct lines of cuisine: one of territory and one of sea. Among the Trentino dishes we boast specialties such as strangolapreti, homemade pasta drawn in bronze and meat salada Bertoldi Butcher of Riva, the oldest of our city. Seafood dishes are made with fresh raw materials including clams, tarantine mussels, bluefin tuna sashimi, sole, turbot, sea bass and grilled squid.
Do not forget some typical specialties of our lake such as Bigoi with sardines and confit tomatoes, trout and char in the two versions smoked cold or grilled. There are also many dishes based on fresh black truffle of Norcia and risotto that are the real specialty of our local. It also offers high quality meat such as grilled Irish Angus “Drumlin Gold” selection, French duck breast steak and English Scottona rib. Well stocked wine cellar with more than 160 carefully selected labels among the best regional and national wines.
