Since 1963, the Armanini family has brought all the freshness of freshwater fish from the mountains and Trentino to the table.

We raise the best specimens of Alpine trout and char, lake and freshwater fish, in the pure spring waters of Trentino, clear and fresh from the high mountains. The ideal habitat for the slow and healthy growth of salmonids, respecting the natural life cycle and animal well-being.

From eggs to fry, up to adults. Each specimen is followed in the different growth phases, following strict feeding protocols, without the use of chemical additives.

Artisanal processing, all-natural conservation and long experience are the essential ingredients for always having fresh and genuine products. Of course, good ones.
